Shane has been in the IT field since 1994 covering many areas in hardware and software support. After completing his degree in 2005 he began working at DCH Health Systems as the head of the PC Team, and then moved to IT Director at the Cancer Treatment Center. After three years, he decided it was time to follow his heart and open his own business; DownTime was born.
Trena stuff
Daniel has been with DownTime since January, 2009. He is our on-site specialist.
Johnathan has been with DownTime since February 2010. He is our in house technician, from computers to gaming systems.
Matthew has been with DownTime since August 2010. He is our saleman, specializing in web sales.
Michael has been with DownTime since October, 2010. He is our resident genius, providing programming and all levels of support.
Rachel has been with DownTime since September, 2010. She is our office manager, taking care of every aspect of our business.
Megan has been with DownTime since May 2011. She is one of our highly skilled web developers.
